Launch draft: governing law, contracting entity, dispute venue, and mandatory jurisdiction-specific clauses require final legal approval before these terms become effective.
Accounts and eligibility
Homexpo365 is a business sourcing platform. You must provide accurate account and company information, protect your credentials, and use the correct Visitor or Vendor account type. Public showrooms and public product listings can be browsed without an account. Sending requests, messaging and using private catalogs requires an approved Visitor account; private catalogs also require a valid VIP grant. Approved Vendors can use a Free company profile, Pro or Premium monthly membership, or a quoted annual Enterprise plan. Paid catalog publishing requires an active supplier membership. Existing annual contracts keep their agreed rights.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Marketplace role
Homexpo365 provides discovery, communication, design, RFQ, VIP access, and operational tools. Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, Vendors remain responsible for their products, descriptions, availability, quotations, regulatory compliance, fulfillment, warranties, and commercial commitments.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected catalogs, submit deceptive information, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material, or use marketplace data outside legitimate business sourcing.
Vendor content must be accurate, authorized, and free from malicious code or rights violations.
RFQs and VIP access
An RFQ is a structured request and does not itself create a purchase contract. Commercial terms become binding only when the relevant parties separately agree to them.
VIP access requires Vendor approval and, where shown, payment. Access is limited to the approved Vendor, remains active for the stated period, and can be revoked following a refund, dispute, misuse, or a valid administrative action.
Membership and billing
Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, taxes, and renewal information are displayed before payment. Paid plan upgrades can take effect immediately with a prorated charge or credit calculated by the payment provider. Downgrades and cancellations may take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Stripe processes payment details. Invoice and billing controls are available from the Membership page and Stripe billing portal.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, enforce these terms, respond to legal requirements, or address payment and security risks. You may request account deletion from Account & Security, subject to records that must be retained.
Service features and these terms may change. Material changes will be identified by an updated date and communicated when appropriate.
